DIGGING IN
A groundbreaking ceremony on June 12th marked the start of the expansion for the River Falls Medical Clinic. With the addition of 18 more exam and procedure rooms in the new 5,200 square feet of what has been labeled “Unit 4,” the clinic will have the room needed to expand their physician base to meet the needs of the community. This area will also be used by the specialists that currently practice out of the hospital outpatient clinic area.
The construction period is estimated at 4-5 months. A River Falls Area Hospital surgery expansion project will start sometime this fall with an 8 to 10 month estimated construction period.
